Expect a completely comprehensive and systematic evaluation. We will start with a conversation so we can get a detailed history of your pain or injury. You will then be moving. Every body part will be assessed to see if there may be another area of the body that is contributing to your pain or injury. Mobility, strength, and movement patterns will all be assessed. Most of the time some sort of manual treatment will take place (Dry Needling, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, Joint Mobilization, etc.) to increase mobility or decrease pain in a specific area. This is followed by exercise which will teach your body how to move in a more optimal manner. Extensive education will be provided to give you the tools to maintain the progress we make in each visit.
