What Should I Be Doing Daily to Build a Strong Arm?
Oct 11, 2023Have you ever tried to look up arm care to find an idea of what you should be doing to help build your arm up? You probably found a million different exercises with every single exercise being the one you HAVE to be doing.
This can drive you to a lot of decision fatigue or convince you that you need to being doing 3 hours of arm care before and after you throw (no one has time for that).
It can be much simpler than that. I have found that the timing of when you do certain exercises are the most crucial part of your routine. The exercises can differ from day to day.
This week I break down when to do certain exercises of your arm care, all based on when you are going to throw with high intensity and planning backwards from there!
