What is the Best Advice to Develop the Best Player?

Do you ever wonder what the best way to achieve your highest potential and develop as an athlete? The answer may not be the most glamorous!

Consistency is simplest answer to how you can get to the top of your game. This does not mean only being consistent on the diamond though. Consistency has to show up in many other categories including

  1. Nutrition
  2. Sleep
  3. Strength and Conditioning
  4. Baseball Routine

Every high level baseball player, up to the hall of fame players, have been able to stay consistent with their routines and their health throughout their entire career. It is part of the reason they made it to the level they did. This keeps them on the field and allows them to continue getting better.
